9090 in Jaffna reveal that posters which have mutilated the candidate number 10 of Northern Provincial Council Tamil National Alliance (TNA) Chief Minister candidate Mr. C. V. Wigneswaran to a fake number 7, have been pasted all around the Jaffna area.
Political activists in the North point out that this is an act which might have been done by the Army and the
intelligence units in order to mislead the voters.
