The land and police powers already given to all provincial councils under the 13th amendment of the constitution of the parliament is not at all a conducive matter and these powers is also a dangerous and detrimental to be given to all provincial councils was quipped by the record breaking provincial council member who polled the highest number of preferential votes in the annals of the history of PC elections in the country by the candidate for the Wyamba province, Dayasiri Jayasekara.
