Vass Gunawardana Released on Bail

Vass Gunawardana, former DGI of Colombo North has been bailed out by criminal investigation department.
He has been released on bail of Rs. one million. The courts ha been informed that if he influences the investigations,the bail will be abolished.
However, he has been further imprisoned for assassination of Mohammed Shiyam, businessman of Bambalapitiya and threatened and asking for bribes from Sarath
Edirisinghe.alias Singappuru Sarath.
